2) Scope of Services

We provide professional cleaning services, including commercial cleaning, Airbnb / short-term rental turnover cleaning (interior only), vacant move-in / move-out cleaning, post-construction / new build final cleaning (interior only), specialty floor care, carpet extraction, interior window cleaning, flat-surface pressure washing, non-residential event cleanup, and restaurant floor care.

Not offered: occupied residential / in-home cleaning, high-rise exterior cleaning, roof cleaning or elevated/ladder work, heavy debris hauling, and biohazard or medical cleaning. We do not handle blood, bodily fluids, medical waste, or hazardous materials. If biohazards are present, service may be refused or discontinued.

3) Estimates, Photos, Walkthroughs & Pricing

• Photos, videos, and details submitted through our forms are for preliminary review only and do not determine final pricing.
• Final pricing is based on property condition, square footage, scope of work, service frequency, and requested add-ons, and is confirmed by V2RC review or an on-site walkthrough.
• Submitting a request does not guarantee final pricing or confirm an appointment. Requests are confirmed by V2RC review.
• Pricing is subject to change if the actual condition, scope, or access differs from what was disclosed.
• Some results are best-effort only (e.g., stain/odor removal) and are not guaranteed.

4) Scheduling & Access

• Client must provide safe access to the site at the scheduled time (keys, codes, gate access, and/or an on-site contact when required).
• For certain services (e.g., final construction clean), utilities such as water/electric may be required.
• For post-construction projects, a walkthrough date and a service date are kept separate; the walkthrough date is never the cleaning date.
• Areas marked “do not touch” must be clearly communicated in writing before service begins.

5) Short-Notice Requests

Requests made 24 hours or less before the requested service time are considered short-notice and carry an additional rush fee on top of the service price:

• $75 — small / simple services
• $100 — standard services
• $150 — large, crew-intensive, Airbnb emergency turnover, commercial, or post-construction requests
• Major emergency or custom mobilization is quoted with Owner/Admin approval.

6) Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Show

• Canceling a scheduled service less than 24 hours before the appointment may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service price.
• If the crew has been dispatched or it is service time, up to 100% may apply, subject to Owner/Admin review.
• Locked-out visits and no-shows are treated as same-day cancellations.
• If you need to reschedule, notify us as early as possible.

7) Payments

• Payment is made by secure Stripe credit/debit card payment through an approved invoice or payment link.
• Payment terms (deposit and due date) may vary by service type and are confirmed on your written estimate.
• Past-due invoices may be subject to late fees and/or service suspension where permitted by law.

8) Quality, Limitations & No Guarantee

• We provide professional cleaning using reasonable care and best practices.
• No guarantee is made regarding complete stain, odor, scratch, or permanent discoloration removal.
• Pre-existing damage, wear, or defective materials are not our responsibility.

9) Safety & Right to Refuse/Discontinue Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, scope is misrepresented, biohazards are present (including blood or bodily fluids), aggressive/harassing behavior occurs, or requests fall outside approved offerings. No ladder or elevated work is performed; high interior dusting uses extension poles only.

10) Communications, Email & SMS/Text Messaging (A2P / 10DLC)

By providing your phone number and opting in (for example, by requesting a quote, submitting a service request, booking, or asking for text updates), you consent to receive text messages from Vizion 2 Reality Cleaning LLC related to scheduling, reminders, service updates, and customer support.

11) Photos & Documentation

We may take before/after photos for quality assurance, training, or documentation. Photos will avoid personal identifying information when possible. If you do not want photos taken on-site, notify us in writing before service.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vizion 2 Reality Cleaning LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law.

13) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14) Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
