Short-Notice Requests
Requests made 24 hours or less before the requested service time are considered short-notice. A rush fee is added on top of the service price:

Short-notice availability is subject to crew capacity and Owner/Admin approval.
Cancellation Policy
Canceling a scheduled service less than 24 hours before the appointment may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service price.
If the crew has already been dispatched or it is service time, up to 100% may apply, subject to Owner/Admin review.
Payment
Secure Stripe credit/debit card payment through an approved invoice or payment link. Payment terms are confirmed on your written estimate.
All specialty services require written agreement and a custom quote.
