Policies You Should Know

Short-notice requests (24 hours or less before the requested service time) carry an additional rush fee on top of the service price: $75 for small/simple services, $100 for standard services, and $150 for large, crew-intensive, Airbnb emergency turnover, commercial, or post-construction requests. Major emergency or custom mobilization is quoted with Owner/Admin approval. Airbnb emergency turnovers are the $150 short-notice tier.
Cancellations: canceling a scheduled service less than 24 hours before the appointment may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service price. If the crew has been dispatched or it is service time, up to 100% may apply, subject to Owner/Admin review.
Payment: secure Stripe credit/debit card payment through an approved invoice or payment link.
Pricing: photos, videos, and form details are for preliminary review only. Final pricing is based on property condition, square footage, scope of work, and requested add-ons, and is confirmed by V2RC review or walkthrough.
